WE OFTEN GET THE QUESTION "WHICH THINK COCONUT GEL IS THE BEST?", OUR IMMEDIATE RESPONSE IS HYBRID (SINCE IT'S THE STRONGEST). HOWEVER, IT'S IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THE FACTORS THAT CAN CHANGE YOUR TEETH WHITENING RESULTS.
Here is a real email from one of our customers regarding our vegan teeth whitening gel and our response with additional tips on how to achieve better results.
CUSTOMER EMAIL
"Good Morning Think Coconut 🤍, I just wanted to say Thank You so much for always going the extra mile with the service you guys provide from free training, tips on how we can provide better service to our clients, more information and knowledge on specific topics and a lot more. It's been an amazing journey and there was just one thing I picked up on and wanted some clarity on was I noticed that the Vegan Gel brings a lot more brighter results than the Hybrid Gel. Maybe I am storing the gel wrong? I've always used them up within 1-3 months so I know I haven't had it for a year. I have it in a cupboard in the same boxes it came in stored in this organizer that I have. It's always cold in the room until I come into the studio. Maybe I'm doing something wrong 🙈 Would love to hear your thoughts. Hope you have a great Sunday!"
OUR RESPONSE
"Hi xxxxx
This email was so sweet! Thank you for all your compliments.
It sounds like you are doing everything right when it comes to storing the gels etc. I truly believe every client achieves different results and some gels work better on some clients.
Here are some additional tips:
1. After the first 15 minutes, analyze your clients teeth. Take notes on if it is whitening or not, how many shades has it changed or if this gel is even working.
2. If you notice is isn't working as much as you’d like, shift gears. Use the vegan gel, change the time to 20 minute sessions, wipe there teeth more to make sure it’s completely dry, turn the machine to high etc.
3. If you notice they have some areas on the teeth that are whiter than others, only apply gel to the yellowish parts, this helps to achieve a more even finish.
4. As for storing the gels, if you’d like to use a cosmetic fridge that does add 2 months to the shelf life. Take the gels out of the fridge 20 minutes before the client arrives.
I hope these tips help! I’ll probably write a blog out of this question to help anyone experiencing this same issue!"
I hope this email exchange helps you understand the different experience between our teeth whitening gels.
